Thank you for shopping with KHRIS K. We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return a purchase within 14 days after delivery. We accept returns for products if they are unused and/or unopened with tags.

Please, pay attention that made-to-order or custom pieces are not-refundable and don't have a return or exchange option.

Return and exchange conditions

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return. When returning items that arrived in separate parcels, you can pack them into one packaging. Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.

How to return my order?

For returns or exchanges, please contact our custom support by email: khrisk@khrisk.com. The delivery cost for the return is paid by the customer. If the reason of return is a production defect then the cost of delivery is covered by the brand. You should send the items to the following address:

Defective item

If the product ordered is defective or non-compliant and the return is approved, we will refund the amount of the product and delivery costs, as well as direct costs incurred by the return, within thirty (30) days after receiving the returned product.
